Anhui HELI Forklift Group recently hosted its biennial Global Conference in Hefei City, Anhui Province (China), under the theme “Join Hands, Shared Future”.
The four-day event, held from the 28th to 31st of October, welcomed more than 500 global dealers representing around 100 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, North and South America and Oceania. The gathering underscored HELI’s growing international influence and its commitment to uniting a global network of partners around shared goals of innovation, sustainability and collaboration.
Emboldened by the sentiment ‘One alone is hard to lift, but together we move with ease’.

From manufacturing to global capability
While previous conferences centred on product showcases, this year’s event marked a strategic evolution in focus. It highlighted HELI’s transformation from a domestic manufacturer and exporter into a full-spectrum global enterprise.
Over the years, HELI has established end-to-end capabilities across research and development, manufacturing and after-sales service, reflecting its ambition to be a complete solution provider for industrial mobility. Easily positioning themselves as a global brand and one of the leaders driving the next era of industrial technology.
One of the highlights of the conference was the unveiling of more than 20 new products, representing advances in automation and sustainability. While specific product details remain under embargo until regional launches are complete, HELI previewed a suite of lithium-powered forklifts and intelligent AGV systems that point to the company’s next phase of technological progress.
Among these were breakthroughs in autonomous operation solutions and smart navigation, showcasing how HELI’s engineering teams are embracing artificial intelligence to improve operational safety, precision, and sustainability in industrial environments. The future of material handling is truly in AGVs and smart technologies, and HELI is very much leading the way in the transformation of the industry.
Lithium-ion technology remains at the forefront of HELI’s innovation agenda. The company has developed proprietary battery systems to replace older powertrains like lead-acid, as well as offering technical solutions to support the switch for existing older power system fleets to lithium power.
HELI’s view of automation and sustainability is not trend-based but imperative, with their commitment to developing smarter, cleaner vehicles that support sustainable growth for their customers and for the planet.

Strengthening dealer unity and collaboration
Central to the conference was HELI’s ongoing emphasis on partnership and shared success. As one of China’s largest industrial vehicle brands, HELI attributes much of its sustained growth to its global dealer network, which now spans every major region.
This year’s agenda included a Global Strategy Conference, factory tours, technology forums, product demonstrations and distributor case study presentations, culminating in an awards ceremony recognising outstanding international partners.
A new addition to the 2025 program was the Youth Forum, designed to engage and inspire the next generation of leaders within HELI’s partner community. The forum brought together emerging business figures to explore creative solutions for future growth and technological advancement. HELI’s dealer network is the backbone of their success. By nurturing relationships and investing in the next generation through initiatives like the Youth Forum, they are ensuring the succession of their shared mission of innovation and service well into the future.

Global expansion and local focus
HELI’s expansion strategy continues to balance global reach with regional focus. Having achieved an unparalleled record of leadership in China’s industrial vehicle sector over the last 34 years, the company is now deepening its international partnerships and enhancing local service capabilities across its global network.
Particular emphasis is being placed on the Oceania region, where HELI sees strong potential for growth in advanced material handling technologies. HELI is committed to making their products more accessible and competitive, ensuring their Oceania partners can fully benefit from the latest innovations.
The Global Conference provided an opportunity not only to unveil products but also to reaffirm HELI’s long-term vision for sustainable and collaborative growth. Through continuous investment in smart technologies, lithium solutions and global dealer engagement, HELI aims to lead the transition toward cleaner, safer and more connected industrial operations.
HELI’s purpose? To empower every partner around the world to grow with them, driving progress through unity, innovation and shared success.
